Role & responsibilities
You may manage all CS projects and other deliverables for one or more areas, e.g., for the whole therapeutic area, or other area of assignment. You will oversee a large portfolio of CS projects and/or recurring workstreams of varying complexity. You will lead special, internally oriented projects that advance Prescient's capabilities and infrastructure. You will also play a leadership role in setting the business and operational direction for CS, including goals, KPIs, revenue, utilization, and business development. You will typically lead a team of direct and indirect reports. This position requires an understanding of the evolving biopharmaceutical market and trends. Knowledge of drug development and commercialisation is also required.

Engagement Management:
Collaborate with other members of the project and account teams to ensure clients experience best-in-class customer service. Independently assimilate, articulate, and scope client needs and challenges and incorporate into new engagements to ensure accuracy and consistency in all client deliverables Project Directing:
Collaborate with clients to ensure that projects are designed to answer strategic business questions and are executed with a high degree of client satisfaction Business Development:

Act as a strong and valued subject matter expert in Oncology externally, and mentor junior staff internally on clinical, regulatory, and commercial aspects of the pharmaceutical industry. Preferable focus on high prevalence tumours in solid and hame malignancies.Analysis and Reporting:
Collaborate with members of project teams to analyse findings, develop conclusions and recommendations, and create client presentations that deliver an evidence-based story on the topics in focus. Preferred candidate profile
The following criteria outline the minimum hiring criteria for this position, unless otherwise stipulated below as “preferred,” or “a plus.”
Graduate or advanced degree
in life sciences, data sciences, business, or a related discipline, with 10 or more years’ relevant experience. 5 or more years’ competitive intelligence, competitive strategy, or consulting experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. An advanced degree may be required. Knowledge of databases and international research sources Significant experience and expertise
in one or more therapeutic areas – oncology, immunology and CVRM experience is preferred, including the clinical, regulatory, and commercial aspects of markets globally, especially in the EU and US, understanding of new drug commercialisation, competitive dynamics and key success factors and business practices, networking with investigators (KOLs and key trialists)Regarded as a subject matter expert
in Oncology
and a complementary commercial skill (e.g., access, regulatory, marketing, etc.)A mix
of equity research background and consulting experience is a plusPeople management (direct reports) experience
with 4 or more years’ experience managing others (ideally, consulting account teams) Demonstrated thought leadership in area of specialization
