Experience Required and Budget:9+ years in agency and channel partner development in the real estate industry, 12 Lacs/Annum

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the channel development efforts for our real estate projects in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and managing agency and channel partner networks. Experience in selling raw houses, villas, luxurious apartments, commercial buildings, and residential plotting is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:Channel Partner Development:
  • Build, develop, and nurture relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agencies.
  • Onboard new channel partners and establish a strong, performance-driven network.
  • Organize training sessions for channel partners to improve their understanding of the projects.
  • Sales Management:
  • Achieve sales targets through channel partners for raw houses, villas, luxurious apartments, commercial buildings, and residential plots.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of the channel partner network.
  • Drive sales through innovative strategies and market penetration plans.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the Lucknow real estate market.
  • Provide insights for the pricing and positioning of projects.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, operations, and project teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Develop strategies to improve the visibility and reputation of the projects.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
  • Prepare and present regular sales and performance reports to the management.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Qualifications:Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 9 years in channel partner development within the real estate sector, specifically in residential and commercial properties.
  • Skills and Competencies:Strong knowledge of the Lucknow real estate market.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Leadership qualities and team management experience.
  • Preferred Attributes:Prior experience with luxury properties and high-value transactions.
  • Established relationships with key players in the local real estate market.
  • Strategic thinking with a growth-oriented approach.
