Role Overview: As a Director in the TMT-Business Consulting team at EY, you will play a key role in transforming businesses through the power of people, technology, and innovation. Your primary focus will be on driving long-term value for clients by solving their most strategic problems. You will work with clients in the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications industries to help them evolve, transform, and achieve operational excellence. Your expertise will be crucial in creating compelling employee and customer experiences, retaining talent, and enabling M&A strategies that create value and reduce risk. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate technical excellence by showcasing in-depth domain knowledge in areas such as Automotive, Consumer Products, Metals and Mining, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, and BFSI sectors - Lead finance transformation projects by assessing and transforming clients" finance functions, implementing improvement initiatives, and managing performance effectively - Manage a team of process consultants and development team to deliver transformation programs using robotics, with expertise in blue prism, and preferably open span / ui path - Develop expertise in areas like Go to Market Strategy, Commercial Diligence, Business planning, and Performance improvement of internal operations - Drive business development through building proposals and creating value propositions for client needs Qualification Required: - B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA from a reputed institute with a strong academic background - 8 to 9 years of relevant post-qualification experience, ideally in Consulting or industry with expertise in Business transformation, Business process Re-engineering, Market assessment, Post-merger integration, Strategy and Business planning, Sales and Marketing improvement / transformation, and Supply Chain Management / transformation Additional Details of the Company: EY is a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services with a strong focus on building a better working world.
