Job Description

As the Director - Brand Marketing at Swiggy's Food Marketplace business unit in India, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive brand marketing strategy. Your primary focus will be on driving consumer engagement and loyalty through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, creative agencies, and external partners, you will ensure the delivery of consistent, impactful brand experiences that resonate with Swiggy's wide user base. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning and leading the overall brand marketing strategy, setting short-term goals and long-term vision for Swiggy's Food Marketplace. - Developing an annual marketing plan encompassing creative communication, media planning, partnerships, collaborative campaigns, and activations. - Building and executing a regional marketing strategy tailored to specific geographies and consumer dynamics. - Collaborating with Swiggy's Consumer Insights Team to understand consumer behavior and develop actionable strategies. - Conceptualizing and delivering long-term campaigns to position Swiggy as the most loved food delivery partner in India. - Working closely with Swiggy's Brand Insights & Analytics Team to measure campaign efficacy and optimize outcomes. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 9-15 years of marketing experience, preferably in senior brand marketing roles. - An MBA in Marketing or related specialization from a reputed institute. - Expertise in developing innovative campaigns and managing creative agencies. - Experience in managing 360-degree ATL and BTL campaigns for consumer-focused brands. - Strong project management abilities and stakeholder collaboration skills. - A track record of launching disruptive ideas and driving business impact. - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to inspire collaboration in a hybrid work environment. - Data-driven mindset with excellent critical thinking skills and adaptability to evolving consumer needs and market dynamics.
