Key Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end client management and act as a trusted strategic partner to senior client stakeholders.
• Drive the development and execution of Digital campaigns aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams Creative, Strategy, and Media to deliver integrated brand communication.
• Translate client briefs into actionable creative directions while ensuring strategic and creative excellence.
• Present campaign ideas, creative work, and strategies confidently to clients.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and profitability while maintaining the highest quality of output.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to build a high-performing, client-focused account team.
• Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts through proactive client engagement and insights.

Professional Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 7-10 years of proven experience in client services or account management within an advertising agency, with a focus on digital advertising.
• Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines concurrently.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale digital campaigns and handle multiple brands simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, communication development, and creative processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage multiple stakeholders.
• A proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for brands, creativity, and impactful advertising.
