You will be the General Manager responsible for overseeing all operations at the Thaly Farm in Kindia, a pilot unit for poultry farming and agriculture under Vaisseau Guine S.A. Your strategic role will involve coordinating operations, managing human, technical, and financial resources, and achieving production objectives while ensuring compliance with quality and biosecurity standards. In close collaboration with the Groups Head Office, you will lead on-site teams, handle budget planning, optimize operational processes, and ensure the overall performance of the site. - Manage the entire farm operation, ensuring effective coordination of all activities. - Supervise all on-site staff, ensuring proper task allocation and team performance. - Ensure strict inventory management, including tracking of inputs, outputs, and forecasted needs. - Oversee animal welfare, in collaboration with technical and veterinary teams. - Supervise and manage the procurement of essential farm supplies (feed, equipment, inputs, etc.). - Participate in the commercialization of farm products, aligned with profitability goals. - Plan agricultural campaigns in collaboration with agronomists, considering seasonal and resource factors. - Monitor production and harvest activities, with regular reporting to the executive management. - Proven leadership and ability to mobilize teams toward clear objectives. - Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment. - High professional integrity, strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and diligence. - Fluency in spoken and written French. - Solid skills in financial management and operational organization. - Ability to work in rural settings and adapt to local realities.,
