Walk in Drive Location : TCS Phase 3, Gate no 1, Tikona Building, S3, Maan road, Sahyadri Park, Plot No. 2 & 3, Phase 3, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Maan, Hinjawadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411057 Timing: 09:00 AM - 12:00 PM Candidate to Carry: Copy of an updated resume, Photocopy of a Aadhar card and PAN card, 1 passport size photo and a photocopy of UAN Service History Document (downloaded within a week prior to TCS interview date) Job Requirement: Any full-time graduate (10+2+3). Willingness to work in any Shifts. Good Communication Skills. Mode of Salary credit should be through bank from all the employers (No Cash in hand) All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have. Experience Required: Experience of US mortgage originations is required. Knowledge of systems & applications related to mortgage originations like loan originating systems, image repositories etc. is essential Strong understanding of documents related to US mortgage originations Well versed with US mortgage laws & regulations Primary Responsibilities: Document knowledge of Flood /Condo document Data entry as per requirements stated in the procedures. Review of all requisite documentation as per procedures. Checking documents for any error and coordinating with respective stakeholders for corrected documents. Email communication and EFax communication with respective stakeholders for correct document requirements. PFB the norms to be followed during the Interview process.
