Job Role: Life & Pension Specialist Work Location: Mumbai - Olympus, Thane Drive Location : Mumbai TRIL, Malad Experience: 1-6 years Walk in Drive Date: 14th June 2025. Walk in Drive Location : Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, TRIL IT 4, Park Gen, General Arun Kumar Vaidya Marg, Malad East, Mumbai 400097. Timing: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM Candidate to Carry: Copy of an updated resume, Photocopy of a Aadhar card and PAN card, 1 passport size photo and a photocopy of UAN Service History Document (downloaded within a week prior to TCS interview date) Job Requirement: Experience of working in UK life and pension Services Experience of following relevant (UK financial services) policies and procedures Administration and Customer service experience. Minimum 15 years of regular education (10+2+3). Willingness to work in any shifts. Must have all Educational documents (marksheets and final degree certificate) and employment documents (experience letters of all employments and pay slip) Mode of salary credit should be through bank from all the employers (no cash in hand). Job Description To process customer complaints in line with the defined processes To remain professional and flexible in supporting the department Ensure accuracy and attention to detail so that quality measures are consistently met To proactively drive forward your own learning and development Record and maintain information on the system(s) in order to allow the completion of work to be tracked and internal records and management information to be kept up-to-date To work independently and make own decisions within the agreed Identify and discuss with team manager any opportunities to improve working practices so that improvements can be made to process, accuracy and efficiency Effectively manage customer demands and potentially help others to do the same to ensure you/they are treating customers fairly.
