Job Description

Lead a team of 5-6 interns, allocate tasks and review their work to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
Draft and file submissions for income tax assessments, appeals, rectifications, refunds and 12A/80G registrations.
Represent clients before tax authorities for assessment proceedings, appeal hearings, rectification matters and refund claims.
Ensure compliance with income tax laws, monitor tax updates and implement best practices for effective tax representation.
Coordinate with clients, legal counsels and tax officers to facilitate smooth resolution of tax matters.
Guide and mentor interns by providing technical training and ensuring quality control in drafting and representations.
