As a Senior Sales Manager in our organization, your role will involve identifying the top financial, general insurance, and health insurance distributors in the assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to pitch our Life Agency Career Opportunity through career seminars, presentations, and meetings to attract potential talent. Understanding the value proposition of our top advisors and business associates, along with the onboarding process and relevant regulations, will be crucial to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage with top advisors and business associates through career seminars and presentations - Hire and onboard top advisors and business associates as per the defined recruitment plan - Drive sales performance from the team of top advisors, business associates, and financial distributors to meet sales targets - Ensure the quality of sales by maintaining persistency standards within the channel - Adhere to desired input behaviors that drive both sales and recruitment efforts - Conduct periodic training sessions to develop advisors for new product launches and updates in company guidelines/policies - Manage field operations by coordinating with Operations and DSDO for effective sales and recruitment processes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum 1 year of experience in sales preferred In addition to the exciting challenges and opportunities this role presents, we also offer benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, day shift schedule, and performance bonuses.
