Direct Sales Managers

You will be responsible for identifying the top financial, general insurance, and health insurance distributors in the assigned territory. This will involve promoting the career opportunities offered by Pitch Life Agency through career seminars, presentations, and meetings. It will also be essential to understand the value proposition, onboarding process, and regulations related to top advisors and business associates. Your role will include hiring and onboarding top advisors and business associates after conducting career seminars, presentations, and meeting the defined recruitment plan. You will be expected to drive sales from the team of top advisors, business associates, and financial distributors to meet the defined sales plans. Maintaining the quality of sales by ensuring the persistency standards of the channel will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Adherence to desired input behaviors to drive sales and recruitment will be necessary. You will also be required to periodically train and develop advisors for new product launches and communicate any changes in company guidelines or policies. Managing field operations by coordinating with operations and DSDO for sales and recruitment will also be part of your duties. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, with the opportunity for a performance bonus. A preferred qualification for this role is a Bachelor's degree. Previous experience in sales for at least one year is preferred. The work location is in person.
