Direct Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:

  Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of insurance agents, setting performance standards and providing ongoing coaching.

• Sales Strategy & Execution:

  Develop and implement effective sales plans, set targets, and drive strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals for various insurance products (life, health, P&C).

• Performance Management:

  Monitor sales performance, analyze data to identify trends, and report results to senior management.

• Client & Stakeholder Relations:

  Cultivate strong relationships with clients, agents, and internal teams (like marketing).

• Compliance & Regulation:

  Ensure all sales activities comply with insurance laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Market Analysis:

  Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Problem Resolution:

  Address escalated customer complaints and agent issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in insurance sales and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and the industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and strategy development.
• Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree (often in Business/Finance).
