Direct Sales Executive

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. - Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the life insurance or BFSI industry. - Any experienced candidates must not have frequent job change and their average tenure must be 1.5 years. If the candidates are frequently changing jobs, the reason must be justified by them - Strong understanding of life insurance products and customer loyalty programs. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel outstation and conduct field visits as required. - Immediate Joiners preferred only - Localities preferred only.
