Direct Sales Executive

As a Senior Officer (SO) or Associate Manager (AM) at Direct Sales Axis Max Life, you will be responsible for engaging in direct sales activities aimed at promoting and selling insurance products. Whether you are a fresher or have relevant experience in the Insurance/Broking/Banking/Life Insurance sectors, there are opportunities for you to grow in this role. For the position of Senior Officer (SO), the salary offered can go up to 2.7 LPA, while for the Associate Manager (AM) role, the salary can reach up to 3.5 LPA. It is essential for the AM role to have a minimum of 6 months of experience and a mandatory graduation degree with all marksheets and certificates in place. Additionally, the age requirement for both positions is below 35 years. Your primary responsibilities will include managing leads provided by the company as well as leveraging your personal network to generate sales opportunities. You will be expected to sell insurance products, communicate policy benefits clearly, and explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing customer base. Furthermore, you will be involved in collections, renewals, scheduling and conducting client meetings, and ensuring that sales targets and performance metrics are met. Please note that this role entails a mix of office and fieldwork, with approximately 50% of the job requiring field visits. The final CTC will be determined during the interview process. Experienced individuals can anticipate drawing incentives of not less than 25k/annum or 2k per month with valid proofs.
