You will be a Business Development professional with 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Direct Sales, and IT Services, particularly Staff Augmentation. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong client relationships, and boost revenue by selling IT solutions and staffing services to enterprise clients. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and targeting potential enterprise clients through direct sales and B2B channels, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, fostering lasting client relationships, aligning company solutions with client needs, surpassing sales targets and KPIs, and effectively preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and negotiating terms. Collaboration with internal teams such as delivery, recruitment, and marketing will be essential for seamless execution.
