Job Summary

The Loan Aggregator Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and growing a network of partners, including DSAs, and fintech platforms, to drive business loan origination. The role involves partner acquisition, loan product promotion, relationship management, and ensuring end-to-end loan disbursal process efficiency while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner Acquisition & Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage business partners including DSAs.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner institutions.
  • Develop partner-specific strategies to increase loan origination volume.

2. Loan Aggregation & Distribution

  • Manage end-to-end aggregation of business loans from multiple lenders.
  • Ensure smooth loan submission, documentation, verification, and disbursal processes.
  • Track performance of different partners and optimize the loan funnel for efficiency.

3. Business Development & Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase loan disbursement volumes and revenue.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities in MSME, Corporate, and SME lending.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create partner-focused campaigns.

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all loan aggregation activities are aligned with RBI and NBFC guidelines.
  • Review and verify documentation submitted by partners for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain records for audits, MIS reporting, and internal approvals.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor partner performance metrics, loan disbursement trends, and revenue contribution.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on partner activity and loan performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve partner engagement and loan conversion.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of business loan products (MSME, LAP, Term Loans, Working Capital).
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset for tracking partner and loan performance.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance for loan aggregation and distribution.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in NBFC, bank, fintech, or loan aggregation roles.
  • Proven track record of partner acquisition and business loan origination.
