Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Distribution Channel Associate, based in Durg. The associate will be responsible for managing distribution channels, overseeing inventory control processes, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales activities. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, maintaining accurate inventory records, facilitating customer interactions, and achieving sales objectives while promoting the company’s products and services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Distribution and Inventory Control processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience and aptitude in Sales-related activities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build client relationships
• Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Previous experience in insurance or sales-related roles is a plus
• Local language proficiency and knowledge of the Durg market are advantageous
