About the Team: The Value Acceleration Services (VAS) team, part of the Engineering, Product, Innovation, and Cloud (EPIC) organization, is responsible for serving a portfolio of value streams that feed into our enterprise SaaS products (UKG Pro and UKG Ready). The goal of VAS is to accelerate the delivery of value to customers while reducing the delivery effort. Our team is composed of highly skilled practitioners who have expertise in their respective areas and work collaboratively to ensure that value streams are delivering maximum value. Our team is committed to driving innovation, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction, and is focused on accelerating better outcomes for our people and our customers. The successful candidate will also be an integral part of the UKG India Country leadership team and will be instrumental in leading the VAS team to deliver outcomes in India and across the global footprint, working closely in the unified team environment we are operating in. About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished leader to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our portfolio of technical programs that drive strategic outcomes for our product and engineering organization. You will lead and elevate the practices of our group of VAS practitioners in Noida, ensuring the delivery of outcomes across the program portfolio. This responsibility may include leading a major value stream (pillar) or an equivalent business initiative on an interim basis. Leveraging your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and leadership abilities, you will guide cross-functional teams in executing large-scale projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities. You will set the example for practitioners, elevating our ways of working within our unified delivery teams. Additionally, you will contribute to building the "One UKG" team culture, both within the broader UKG context and specifically within our VAS Noida team. Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional teams to align on objectives and ensure the delivery of complex programs. Provide strategic guidance using data analysis and industry knowledge. Promote program management excellence by managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Balance multiple projects effectively while managing resources efficiently. Solve critical issues innovatively with strong technical expertise. Basic Qualifications: Experience: 12+ years of delivering customer value in SaaS or similar high-paced, customer-centric environments. Agile/Lean Proficiency: Proficient in Agile/Lean practices with experience improving business outcomes. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with excellent problem-solving abilities. Track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills across all organizational levels. Lifelong Learning: Proven lifelong learning and curiosity. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with large-scale system architecture. Product Experience: Experience with UKG products or related services. Customer-Centric Approach: Proven record of practicing a customer-centric approach. Technology Utilization: Track record of utilizing new technology (like AI) in technical program delivery. Tools Proficiency: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and PowerBI. Certifications: Preferred certifications include PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or LPM. Travel Requirement: Up to 25%
