Job Title

Job Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day production activities under the supervision of senior staff.
Operate and monitor machinery as per training provided.
Maintain quality standards and follow safety protocols during production.
Handle material loading, process monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain proper documentation and daily production reports.
Support maintenance activities when required.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Coordinate with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Key Skills Required

Basic technical knowledge of manufacturing processes
Willingness to learn and adapt to shop-floor work environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Physically fit and punctual

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification
: ITI or Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Production / Related Trade)
Experience
: Fresher only (0 years)
Gender
: Male candidates preferred (as per company requirement)
Language
: Tamil mandatory; basic English preferred
