As a Diploma Engineer Trainee Quality Shift In-charge, you will be an integral part of our team, playing a key role in ensuring quality assurance during the shift activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the Quality Assurance Shift activity. - Supporting senior engineers in research and analysis to solve technical problems. - Participating in daily meetings to contribute to discussions on reducing Rework & Rejection reported in the shop floor. - Preparing technical documentation, reports, and presentations as required. - Collaborating with team members to uphold engineering standards and safety protocols. - Engaging in on-the-job training to develop skills in various engineering disciplines. - Maintaining a positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced engineers and mentors. - Training team members and monitoring work according to Standards, Procedures & Customer Requirements. - Ensuring 4M condition at the Shop floor. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices. - Proficiency in technical software and tools related to your field of study. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
