Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform
engine assembly, alternator assembly, and machine assembly
as per defined processes and work instructions.
Conduct
testing of assembled machines and components
to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily/weekly production targets.
Assist in troubleshooting assembly issues and escalate where required.
Maintain proper documentation and records of assembly and testing activities.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and 5S in the production area.
Utilize
MS Excel
for recording production data, maintaining test results, and preparing reports.

Preferred candidate profile

Hands-on experience in
engine assembly, alternator, and machine assembly
.
Knowledge of
testing procedures and quality checks
.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
for data management and reporting.
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
