Job Description

Diploma Engineer - Mechanical

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly, fitting, and testing of machines and mechanical systems.
Operate basic tools and machines used in the manufacturing process.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.
Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and provide timely solutions.
Support production teams in achieving daily output targets.
Read and follow mechanical drawings and technical instructions.
Work with the production and design teams to improve machine performance and build quality.
Maintain documentation of maintenance schedules, production logs, and quality checks.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualification & Skills:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
Good understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication processes.
Ability to use measuring tools (vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
