Responsibilities

1. Need to develop the L1 Software for different process for Billet, Bloom and Slab Caster.
2. Need to develop the L1 Software for different process for EAF, LF, VD, RMH, FTP and WTP
3. Commissioning in India as well as abroad for L1 sections for Billet, Bloom and Slab Caster.
4. Commissioning in India as well as abroad for L1 sections for EAF, LF, VD, RMH, FTP and WTP
5. SW development and Commissioning along with other activities like Simulation, FAT test are the auxiliary activities which we can emphasis as a part of candidate's normal duties.

Technical Requirements

1. Knowledge of Level 1 Software development in following areas: Simatic S7, TIA, Rockwell, WinCC, InTouch, TDC
2. Knowledge of the following process fields of Steel making: Melt Shop (EAF, LF, VD, RMH, FTP and WTP), Caster (Billet, Bloom and Slab Caster)

Soft Skills

• Good capability of Rolling Mill troubleshooting technical analysis and synthesis
• Ability to work in team
• Flexibility
