Job Description

Role Overview: As the Digital Workplace Leader at Garrett Motion, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a digital workplace strategy and architecture that meets the company's current and future needs. Your role will involve implementing digital workplace transformation projects and overseeing the delivery of digital workplace IT services to Garrett operations globally. You will lead various digital workplace operations teams across locations, focusing on enabling colleagues for optimal performance and developing organizational capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Garrett's future technology and service needs in alignment with various business domains. - Establish and maintain the digital workplace architecture and strategy, envisioning the future digital workplace within Garrett. - Identify future cost optimizations, efficiency improvements, and user experience enhancements within the digital workplace. - Structure programs and projects to achieve the digital workplace vision, identifying required capabilities and establishing implementation roadmaps. - Define strategic and commodity skills within the digital workplace, implement sourcing measures, and cultivate a culture of change and digital technology adoption. - Lead talent development within the digital workplace team, coach management teams, and ensure continuous performance management. - Engage stakeholders to understand their needs, align strategies, gain buy-in, and provide regular updates on service status and project delivery. - Drive transformation projects derived from strategic programs to evolve Garrett's infrastructure while meeting business case benefits. - Ensure efficient delivery of digital workplace services, maximize stability, minimize cybersecurity risks, and drive continuous service improvement. - Manage partner and vendor relationships, oversee incident and problem management, and identify cost reduction opportunities.
