Digital Transformation Specialist

Role Overview: You will be the Digital Transformation Specialist at LIXIL, a global leader in the housing and building industry, dedicated to enhancing living spaces and promoting a comfortable, healthy lifestyle. Your role is pivotal in driving digital transformation projects across the India, Middle East, and Africa (IMEA) region, leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges and enhance operational efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of CRM platforms like Salesforce and Zoho to improve sales and customer service processes. - Identify and develop innovative AI and machine learning use cases for various business functions, including sales, marketing, and after-sales service. - Design, build, and maintain interactive data dashboards and analytical reports to provide actionable insights into business performance. - Manage all phases of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful technology adoption. - Coordinate with global SAP and basis teams to provide necessary support and documentation for audit and compliance requirements. - Manage SLAs and contracts with IT vendors to ensure optimal performance and service delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project alignment and successful adoption of new technologies. - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, serving as a subject matter expert on digital solutions. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. - Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience in digital transformation, IT project management, or similar roles. - Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CRM systems like Salesforce and Zoho, data visualization tools, AI/ML concepts, data analytics principles, and database management. - Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, strategic mindset, communication skills, organizational skills, and experience in Agile Scrum framework.
