Digital Transformation Sales Executive

Location:

Role Overview:

To manage and optimise digital platforms and technology solutions for the Sales Team, enabling automation, efficient lead management, and digital enablement across B2B and B2C sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM for Sales for Field Force Automation & chatbots
  • Ensure accurate lead flow, tagging, source attribution & deduplication
  • Conceptualise, co-create and implement new and innovative Sales automation workflows (for Sales Team Members and external medical community)
  • Sales Team created Lead Funnel for B2B & B2C categories (new Referral Partners/Corporate Accounts/NH/VCs/Ambulance Network, Remote OPDs etc)
  • Drive Digital Campaigns for B2B Sales Verticals along with Digital Marketing team

Who Can Apply?

  • B.Tech with 3 - 7 years in MarTech / CRM / Digital Tools
  • Hands-on with CRM, Chatbots and Digital Solutions
  • Strong understanding of B2B workflows & journeys
