Digital Tool Solution Architect

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As the Digital Tool Solution Architect at the Group Transformation Model, you will be responsible for the design, management, and continuous development of the digital solution platform. Your role will involve integrating various digital tools to enable portfolio management, investment prioritization, and execution capability across different levels within Sodexo Group. You will collaborate closely with Transformation Leads and Dimension Heads to ensure alignment with the overall Group Transformation Model. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the Command Centre for Smartsheet within the Group Transformation Model. - Design, build, update, and maintain Toolkits, Modules, and Blueprints. - Develop tailored Smartsheet solutions to support strategy-to-execution processes. - Visualize and develop integrated dashboards and advanced data models using Smartsheet and Power BI. - Continuous engagement with stakeholders and ensure governance rules for Smartsheet usage across Sodexo. - Drive tool adoption through comprehensive training programs and technical support. - Design intuitive user interfaces to enhance user experience and gather feedback for continuous improvement. - Stay updated on new Smartsheet features and drive continuous enhancements in digital tool solutions. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Minimum 8-15 years of experience in digital tool architecture, solution design, and implementation. - Expertise in Smartsheet architecture, administration, and advanced features. - Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and API integration. - Strong understanding of PPM digital tools and excellent data analytics and visualization skills. - Experience in training delivery, stakeholder management, and communication. - Ability to work independently, lead a small team, and manage external vendor relationships. **Additional Details:** This role is crucial in delivering a seamless, automated, and insight-driven Group Transformation Model, aiming to enhance the Group's transformation capability and drive execution excellence.
