Job Description

Role & responsibilities :-

FOR BRAND NEW DIGITAL INKJET TEXTILE PRINTER FABJET PRO PB8489.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Pre-Press:

Develop unique textile patterns, motifs, and graphics using design software (Photoshop, CorelDraw).
Prepare print-ready files, ensuring correct color modes (CMYK) and file formats.
Manage digital libraries of designs and motifs.

Production Management:

Operate and maintain various digital textile printing machines (inkjet, sublimation).
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow from design to finished fabric.
Coordinate with production teams, weavers, and artisans.

Quality & Color Control:

Use color atlases and take sample prints to match desired colors on specific fabrics.
Ensure print quality, color fastness, and consistency.
Manage post-printing processes like washing, steaming, and finishing.

Technical & Material Expertise:

Strong knowledge of digital printing techniques, inks, and fabric types.
Ensure compliance with eco-friendly standards and sustainable practices.

Coordination & Logistics:

Work with internal teams (design, sales) and external vendors.
Handle project management from concept to final delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw).
Understanding of color theory, textile printing processes, and material properties.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and team leadership.
Experience with digital printers and managing production workflows.
