Digital Storyteller

• Create engaging content for social media, website, blogs, and campaigns that highlights our property’s unique design, women-first approach, hospitality, and local surroundings.
• Develop short videos, reels, and photo stories showcasing daily life at the hotel, guest interactions, staff moments, festivals, décor, and local attractions.
• Manage content calendars and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Work closely with the front office & operations teams to discover authentic stories and guest testimonials.
• Respond creatively to social trends, integrating them into our brand storytelling.
• Support campaigns for special offers, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with photographers & designers as needed to enhance visual content.
• Monitor content performance and adjust strategy to improve engagement.

✅ Passion for storytelling, hospitality, and creating warm, relatable narratives.

✅ Strong skills in writing, social media content creation, and short-form video ideation.

✅ Basic knowledge of photography and editing tools (even mobile apps).

✅ Eye for detail, design aesthetics, and cultural nuances.

✅ Ability to represent the values of a boutique, women-first property with sensitivity and authenticity.

✅ Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Google listings preferred.

✅ A positive, hands-on attitude. You enjoy talking to guests, exploring local spots, and turning moments into stories.
