Digital Solution Consultant Sr. Advisor

As a Digital Solution Consultant Sr. Advisor at NTT DATA, you will be part of the Pega digital practice team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Your role will involve using Pega Low-Code-Approach tools such as Pega App Studio and Pega DCO to lead Pega projects senior system architecture team. You will collaborate with Lead System Architect and Business Team to understand business requirements and design solutions based on industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Design and integration strategy for Pega Application implementation aligned with transformational initiatives. - Formulate data strategy based on clients" business needs and enterprise strategy. - Act as a subject matter expert for Certified Senior System Architects (CSAs). - Drive best practices and concepts as a thought leader for Pega methodology. - Stay updated on current and emerging technologies related to solutions. - Ensure solutions align with business and IT goals and objectives. - Communicate solution options to stakeholders and business owners. - Incorporate software and system architecture into conceptual designs for scalable solutions. - Facilitate fact-based decision making and open communication. - Review work of others, provide guidance, mentoring, and support to the team. - Develop innovative approaches to complex assignments. - Research and recommend industry best practices for business problem-solving. - Forecast and plan resource requirements. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in developing mobile applications using Pega. - Strong communication skills to collaborate with the business and influence requirements. - Exposure to product development practices and methodologies. - Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field. - Ability to lead end-to-end delivery of Pega PRPC based solutions/projects. - Excellent skills in process optimization and streamlining. - Knowledge and experience in Pega PRPC concepts, rule types, and application profiling. - Experience with UI framework, email listeners, SSO integration, security privileges, RDA, RPA Pega solutions. - Expertise in object-oriented design, integration approaches, software delivery methodologies, and creating conceptual frameworks. - Experience working in collaborative environments with matrixed and virtual teams. - Exposure to HealthCare, Insurance, airlines, travel & hospitality sectors is a plus.
