As a Digital AI Workforce Specialist at Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C), you will play a crucial role in driving AI-powered productivity solutions and transforming organizations through high-impact customer engagements. Your responsibilities will include: - **Sales Execution:** Orchestrating a virtual team to assess customer needs and develop strategies for accelerating and closing AI Workforce opportunities. - **Business Value & Consultative Selling:** Expanding Microsoft's relationships with Customer Business Decision makers, identifying new AI Workforce opportunities, understanding customer priorities, and effectively communicating the value proposition of AI solutions. - **Scaling and Collaboration:** Leading the planning, orchestration, and execution of AI Workforce opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners for cross-selling and up-selling. - **Technical Expertise:** Engaging in AI Workforce conversations with Business Decision Makers and IT Decision Makers, sharing best practices, presenting solutions, and acting as a subject matter expert. - **Sales Excellence:** Planning for accounts across territories, developing competitive plans, and managing AI Workforce solutions effectively. Qualifications for this role include: - 10+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - Equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications (PQs) include: - 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - 4+ years of experience in consultative, value-based selling Take advantage of this opportunity to join a culture of innovation and inclusivity at SME&C and shape the future of business.
