As part of the Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C) team, you will be part of a high-growth, AI-powered global sales team that is deeply connected to partners and focused on customer success. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, digital-first environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact, SME&C could be the next step in your career as we shape the future of business. **Responsibilities:** - **Sales Execution** - Engage in conversations with customers aligned to their industry - Collaborate with account and partner teams to drive and qualify new opportunities - Identify customer business and technology readiness - Implement strategies to accelerate deal closing - Coach junior team members in deal plan execution - **Business Value Selling** - Hunt new Security opportunities - Identify and engage with key business contacts and partners - Understand customers" business and technology priorities - Communicate the value proposition effectively - **Scaling and Collaboration** - Apply role orchestration model - Navigate the Microsoft organization to bring the best impact to the customer - Collaborate with Global Partner Solutions (GPS) - Identify new partners and develop joint proposals - **Technical Expertise** - Initiate Security discussions with business decision-makers - Share best practices and competitor knowledge - Act as a subject matter expert in one or more solution areas - Collaborate with internal "compete" SMEs to analyze competitor products - **Sales Excellence** - Collaborate with partners and resources to plan for accounts - Develop compete plans, forecasting, and business analysis - Showcase a learning mentality in the Cybersecurity arena - Deliver results through teamwork **Qualifications:** - 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 5+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience - Cybersecurity industry experience - Knowledge of Microsoft security portfolio, Palo Alto, Forcepoint, Crowdstrike preferred - Experience in selling complex, cloud-based solutions to Enterprise and small/medium enterprise customers - Strong sales and negotiation skills - Ability to drive technical security conversations and conduct product demonstrations - Understanding of the security market and complete solutions - Experience in managing channel sales In summary, as a member of the SME&C team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales execution, business value selling, scaling and collaboration, technical expertise, and sales excellence.
