Description
Key Responsibilities Architect and design end-to-end solutions leveraging Agentforce for Service, Sales, Setup. Lead the implementation and integration of Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer data and enable intelligent, personalized experiences, setting up RAG for Agents. Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners to define architecture standards, solution blueprints, and implementation strategies. Guide teams in best practices for security, scalability, and performance within the Salesforce ecosystem. Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools that align with business objectives. Provide technical leadership during the full project lifecycle from discovery to go-live and post-deployment support. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and governance processes. Required Qualifications 8+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect. Hands-on experience with Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud. Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Model Design, Integration Patterns, and Security Architecture. Experience with large-scale data ingestion, harmonization, and activation within Data Cloud. Proficient in Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Lightning Components. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
