What You’ll Do:

Augrev’s online presence

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed

  social media audits

• Managing multiple

  social platforms

  for Augrev and clients
• Designing engaging

  creatives (static, GIFs, carousels, short videos)

• Building and maintaining

  content calendars

• Creating

  campaigns and contests

  that engage and convert
• Conducting

  hashtag research

  and trend analysis

• Running

  Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads

• Managing

  monthly ad budgets

• Performing

  A/B testing & audience retargeting

• Delivering

  performance reports

  with insights and optimizations

• Handling

  social listening and ORM (Online Reputation Management)

• Creating

  short-form and long-form video content

  for social media
• Tracking trends and ensuring

  brand consistency across platforms

Who You Are:

• A creative thinker with a good design eye (Canva/Photoshop/CapCut skills are a plus!)
• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Passionate about hospitality, travel, and digital storytelling
• Proactive, organized, and ready to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setup
