Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Service Associate, located in New Delhi. The Digital Service Associate will be responsible for providing customer service, managing financial transactions, and assisting users with the PashuSevak mobile app. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing support for digital services, and ensuring smooth operational processes related to livestock healthcare. The role also involves coordinating with veterinary professionals and gig workers to facilitate seamless service delivery.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance management capabilities
• Proficiency in Customer Service
• Experience in the digital service or healthcare sector is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team and on-site in New Delhi
