Job Description

The IAM Systems Administrator will manage and optimize the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform for a financial services organization. This includes secure handling of privileged credentials, secrets, and session activity across hybrid infrastructures (cloud and on-premises), enforcing Zero Standing Privileges (ZSP) and Just-in-Time (JIT) access models.

Heres how you'll contribute:

Operate and maintain CyberArk Privileged Cloud environments.
Onboard and manage privileged accounts, safes, secrets, and credentials using:
PVWA (Password Vault Web Access)
PSM (Privileged Session Manager)
CPM (Central Policy Manager)
Troubleshoot issues related to safes, password rotation, and access policies.
Ensure integrations with Windows, Linux, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Monitor CyberArk component health and performance.
Configure and enforce privileged access security policies.
Integrate CyberArk with SIEM, ITSM, and other enterprise tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet audit and compliance requirements.
Maintain documentation and support audit activities.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM.
CyberArk certification (Defender, Sentry, or Guardian preferred).
Experience onboarding/configuring accounts, safes, and policies.
Strong understanding of IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, and RBAC.
Familiarity with CyberArk tools: PVWA, PSM, CPM, Conjur.
Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP.
