Job Description

Digital Sales Manager

Location Bangalore (Head Office)

Reporting to: Digital Business Head

Digital Media Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Digital Media Sales Executives.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and agencies.
Actively participate in closing complex digital advertising deals.
Analyse market trends and sales data to optimize performance.
Stay current on digital advertising technologies and best practices.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree in any field
Min 5 years of experience in digital media sales with a minimum of 2 years working in either retail, education, or health care industry
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals.
Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (programmatic, video, social, search, display).
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Knowledge of the Kannada language is a must
