Digital Sales Lead (Corporate & Retail)

As a Digital Sales Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by managing key client relationships across agencies, corporates, retail, and MSMEs. Your responsibilities will include leading the digital sales team, achieving defined business targets, and utilizing analytics and programmatic tools to optimize performance. Reporting directly to the CEO Digital, you should have a minimum of eight years of experience in digital media sales with a proven track record of delivering large-scale business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with Agencies, Corporate clients, Retail Clients & MSME Clients. - Achieve a business target of 5 Crore plus in a calendar year. - Utilize tools such as Comscore, Google Analytics, Programmatic, and others to enhance sales strategies. - Sell YouTube Channel Reach, Impressions & Views, and similar services for Instagram. - Demonstrate a proactive and go-getter attitude in driving sales. - Lead the digital sales team effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of eight years of experience in digital media sales. - Strong network and relationships in the digital media industry. - Proficiency in using tools like Comscore, Google Analytics, and Programmatic. - Experience in selling YouTube Channel Reach, Impressions & Views, and similar services for Instagram. - Previous experience working with Lallantop, India Today, NDTV, TOI, Hindustan Times Digital, ABP News, or Tv9 is preferred but not mandatory.
