Digital Sales Lead (Corporate & Retail)

As a Digital Sales Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by managing key client relationships across various sectors such as agencies, corporates, retail, and MSMEs. Your responsibilities will include leading the digital sales team, meeting defined business targets, and utilizing analytics and programmatic tools to enhance performance. This position reports directly to the CEO Digital, Mr. Akshansh Yadav, and requires a minimum of eight years of experience in digital media sales, with a proven track record of delivering significant business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies, corporate clients, retail clients, and MSME clients. - Achieve a business target of 5 Crore or more within a calendar year. - Utilize tools such as Comscore, Google Analytics, Programmatic, and others to optimize sales performance. - Sell YouTube Channel Reach, Impressions & Views, and similar services for Instagram. - Demonstrate a proactive and go-getter attitude. - Manage and lead the digital sales team effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of eight years of experience in digital media sales. - Strong track record of achieving significant business outcomes. - Familiarity with Comscore, Google Analytics, Programmatic, and similar tools. - Experience in selling YouTube Channel Reach, Impressions & Views, and services for Instagram. - Preference for candidates with previous experience in Lallantop, India Today, NDTV, TOI, Hindustan Times Digital, ABP News, Tv9, but open to considering all qualified candidates.
