Role – Lead: Digital Head

1. Digital Sales & E-commerce Management
· Drive revenue growth across e-commerce platforms.
· Optimize website performance (CRO, SEO, UX).
· Analyze data to refine sales strategies.
· Retention Marketing through i.e. Email, WhatsApp, etc.
2. Website Flow Management
· Ensure seamless website navigation and functionality.
· Use analytics and testing to enhance the user journey.
· Collaborate with teams to improve website aesthetics and performance.
3. Performance Marketing
· Plan and execute ROI-focused paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, Whatsapp Email Ads).
· Collaborate with agencies to monitor and meet marketing targets.
· Optimize ad performance through audience targeting and data analysis
· Monitor budgets, track results, and report campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
4. Customer Experience
· Map and optimize customer journeys for conversion and retention.
· Implement automation for abandoned cart recovery and upselling.
· Oversee CRM strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Metrics & Reporting
· Define KPIs for sales, marketing, and customer experience.
· Report performance and insights to stakeholders.
6. Collaboration & Leadership
· Work closely with agencies, designers, and developers.
· Manage internal teams to execute digital initiatives efficiently.
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
· MBA or certifications in Digital Marketing/E-commerce are a plus.
Experience
· 3+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce management, or a related field.
· Proven track record in driving digital sales and managing online campaigns.
· Experience in premium lifestyle brands is preferred.
Technical Skills
· Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
· Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and WhatsApp for Business.
· Knowledge of paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
· Familiarity with CRM systems and customer journey mapping.
