You are adept at data-driven decision-making, working in iterative, agile environments, and planning digital product rollouts. Your responsibilities will involve driving the development, provision, and operation of digital products and services in various countries using agile delivery methods. You will maintain a standardized product deployment process, collaborate with Central Group Digital teams, and ensure readiness of deployment work packages. Your role includes training subsequent countries, assembling cross-functional deployment teams, planning and monitoring digital initiatives, and resolving major incidents efficiently. Additionally, you will manage and deliver assigned projects, perform project reporting, and drive continuous improvement in project quality and performance. Together as a team, you will act as the local business partner responsible for Digital within the global Ingka Group Digital organization. Your focus will be on delivering IKEA Digital products with excellence to enhance the shopping experience for customers and co-workers. By ensuring effective Information Technology support for IKEA business processes, you will contribute to the growth of IKEA and improve the customers" lives at home. Collaboration with Central Group Digital and other country functions is crucial for successful digital deployments.
