Digital Products Technical Program Manager

The Digital & Innovation group at USP seeks a technical program manager to drive digital tech solutions, coordinate and prioritize deliverables across digital engineering teams, and contribute to USP's public health mission of increasing equitable access to high-quality, safe medicine. Key Responsibilities: - Drive and deliver digital tech solutions - Coordinate and prioritize deliverables across digital engineering teams - Contribute to USP's public health mission - Instrument critical metrics, identify improvement opportunities, craft scalable solutions, and monitor performance - Manage large-scale programs including planning, prioritization, tracking, and implementation - Conduct readiness assessments and come up with robust planning and execution strategies - Identify risks, dependencies, challenges, and effective mitigations - Collaborate across teams and locations for successful execution of program goals - Design program scope, detailed features, user stories, and work closely with software engineering teams and business stakeholders Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience - 8-12 years of technical program management experience - Strong experience in program management, cloud-scale technologies, and driving data and software engineering programs - Excellent communication skills, ability to work with ambiguity, and influence stakeholders - Industry standard certifications like ITIL, PMP are a plus Benefits: USP provides comprehensive healthcare options, company-paid time off, and retirement savings to ensure personal and financial well-being is protected.
