Digital Product Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a tech-savvy E-Commerce Manager who will take full ownership of our online store. This role is ideal for a fresher with a technical background who is eager to manage and grow an e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for store operations, sales growth, and overall platform management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Complete Store Management & Sales Growth

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the e-commerce platform.
• Ensure product listings, pricing, and inventory are optimized for maximum sales.
• Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and campaigns to drive revenue.

2. Inventory & Order Fulfillment

• Track stock levels, update inventory, and prevent shortages.
• Work with suppliers and logistics partners for smooth order fulfillment.

3. Customer Experience & Technical Coordination

• Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience across web and mobile.
• Monitor site performance and work with the technical support team to resolve any issues.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance customer engagement.

4. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking

• Monitor key store metrics like sales, traffic sources, and conversion rates.
• Use data insights to refine marketing and sales strategies.
• Generate reports and recommendations for business growth.

5. Website & Product Page Optimization

• Enhance product visuals, descriptions, and layouts for better engagement.
• Implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates.

6. Compliance & Policies

• Maintain clear and customer-friendly refund policies and store terms.
• Ensure all listings and transactions comply with e-commerce platform guidelines.

7. Vendor & Partner Management

• Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and affiliate partners.
• Negotiate contracts to optimize costs and increase profitability.

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers or recent graduates with a tech-related educational background (Computer Science, IT, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in e-commerce.
• Basic knowledge of online store platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to take ownership of an online business.
