Job Description

Engineering graduate with 12+ years of experience in product management role in digital upliftment within the Medical Services sector. Successful track record of Product Management and leading product-related projects, including digital products and platforms. Proven experience in product analytics and product marketing, with a focus on leveraging data to drive product decisions and improvements. Hands-on experience in managing the lifecycle of digital tools, platforms, or applications, including user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) optimization. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools for managing digital product development (e.g., Jira, Trello, or equivalent). Project-based consulting experience, desirable, particularly in integrating digital solutions into client-facing products. Past successful experience working in regional/functional matrix organizations, including coordination of cross-functional teams for digital and traditional product initiatives. Work exposure in international environments and successful track record in working across cultures, with sensitivity to varying regional digital adoption rates and market dynamics. Understanding of B-to-B dynamics and requirements, including digital transformation strategies and client adoption challenges. Knowledge of data privacy, security standards, and regulatory compliance related to digital product development and implementation, especially in industries such as healthcare. Previous experience in the following industries would be an advantage: healthcare, energy, mining, or digital technology solutions related to these sectors. Strong background in using analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent) to derive insights for product innovation and marketing strategies.
