Digital Outreach Executive

Position Overview:

The Digital Outreach Executive will be instrumental in enhancing the institution's online presence, driving lead generation, and converting prospective parents into enrolled students. This role involves strategizing and executing digital campaigns across various platforms to attract, engage, and convert leads, thereby contributing to the institution's enrollment objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

● Outreach Campaign Execution: Design and implement multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, WhatsApp, listings, and forums to engage prospective parents.

● Event & Admissions Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to promote events and streamline the admissions process through digital channels.

● Performance Monitoring: Manage and analyze outreach dashboards, tracking inquiries, click rates, and conversions to assess campaign effectiveness.

● Third-Party Platform Engagement: Post and manage content on third-party platforms, listings, and local forums to increase visibility and engagement.

● Platform Visibility Enhancement: Drive the institution's presence on platforms like Edustoke and other relevant directories to attract prospective families.

Key Skills & Competencies:

● Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Canva, Hootsuite).

● Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

● Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.

Qualifications and Experience :

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

●Experience: Minimum 2 years in Digital Marketing Outreach
Roles preferably with in the education sector.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
