What are we looking for? 810 years of experience in social media operations, channel management, or digital marketing, preferably at a global brand or agency.Proven experience executing content across all major social platforms, with a deep understanding of platform features and nuances.Strong operational mindset with experience creating workflows, documentation, and process improvements.Familiarity with social publishing and analytics platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Emplifi, Brandwatch, Later).Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle fast-paced environments and juggle multiple deadlines with precision.Experience working with cross-functional teams including creative, legal, customer service, and media.Social Media Operations & PublishingoManage the end-to-end execution of daily social content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, X, etc.).oOwn publishing calendars, scheduling, and real-time content drops using social tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Later).oCoordinate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure asset readiness, messaging accuracy, and timely delivery.Handle & Platform ManagementoOversee all brand-owned social handles and accounts, ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with brand voice and guidelines.oManage platform access, user permissions, and admin controls with cross-functional and agency partners.oStay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices to inform content planning and platform-specific strategies.Community Management & EngagementoLead community moderation, audience engagement, and reactive content planning in collaboration with customer support and brand voice teams.oCreate and implement escalation processes for sentiment shifts, brand reputation management, and customer concerns.oTrack and report on community sentiment, volume, and engagement performance.
