Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designMarketing strategy for social media and emerging marketing channels that facilitates community building, engagement, and customer experience. Strategy includes understanding of key audience segments, business and marketing opportunities, campaign and supporting content development, role of channel, and measurement.
What are we looking for? Experience:7-10 years in influencer marketing, content management, or social media strategy, with hands-on experience working with influencers and content creation.
Skills:
Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders. Proficient in content management tools and influencer platforms.Creative Direction:Proven ability to provide clear and inspiring creative guidance to influencers while maintaining brand consistency.Cultural Sensitivity:Strong understanding of different market dynamics, including cultural sensitivities, regional regulations, and compliance requirements across various countries.Communication:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing relationships with influencers, creative teams, and internal stakeholders.Problem-Solving:Ability to proactively manage issues that arise during content creation, review, and approval stages, offering solutions to keep campaigns on track.Approval Management & Final Sign-Off:oManage multiple feedback rounds and ensure content is finalized in time for scheduled publication. Secure final sign-offs from key stakeholders, ensuring that all internal and external approvals are obtained before content is scheduled.oCoordinate final approval workflows, including brand and legal clearance, to prevent delays and ensure smooth content execution.Timeline Management & Content Publishing Support:oTrack content delivery timelines closely, ensuring all deadlines are met and that any delays are flagged early.oProvide additional support to the content publishing team if needed, ensuring that all approved content is scheduled and posted on time across appropriate platforms.oTroubleshoot any issues related to content publishing, working with the posting team to ensure everything runs smoothly.Performance Monitoring & Optimization:oMonitor the performance of influencer content once published, gathering data on engagement, reach, and overall campaign effectiveness.oProvide feedback to influencers and internal teams on content performance, helping to optimize future content for better results.oShare insights with the marketing and creative teams to improve content
Roles and Responsibilities: Liaison Between Stakeholders:oServe as the primary point of contact between influencers, the clients brand/content teams, and internal stakeholders. Facilitate clear communication and ensure that all parties are aligned on campaign goals, timelines, and expectations.oActively manage relationships with influencers to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment with brand strategies and objectives.Creative Direction & Content Guidance:oProvide influencers with creative guidelines,mood boards, and detailed content calendars to ensure that their content aligns with the overall campaign vision and brand standards.oCollaborate with brand and creative teams to develop these guidelines, making sure they reflect the clients tone of voice, aesthetic, and key messaging.oEnsure influencers have the resources and support they need to create high-quality content that engages their audience while meeting campaign objectives.Cultural & Regulatory Adaptation:oEnsure that content is tailored to the specific needs of each local market,including language, cultural sensitivities, and legal or regulatory requirements.oWork closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure that influencer content meets regional advertising standards, disclosure regulations, and platform policies.oAdapt global content strategies for diverse audiences while ensuring consistency with brand identity and messaging across different regions.Coordination of Content Delivery:oCoordinate the delivery of content from influencers,ensuring it aligns with agreed-upon timelines and specifications. Keep track of all deliverables, ensuring influencers submit content on time for review and approval.oMaintain a system for tracking content submissions, revisions, and final versions, ensuring all assets are accounted for and stored properly for easy access.Content Review & Brand Compliance:oOversee the review process for influencer content, ensuring it adheres to brand guidelines,campaign objectives, and platform-specific requirements (e.g., image quality, message consistency).oManage feedback rounds between internal teams and influencers, facilitating quick and clear communication to ensure content meets approval standards.oEnsure that influencers make necessary revisions promptly, while maintaining a positive, collaborative relationship.Approval Management & Final Sign-Off:oManage multiple feedback rounds and ensure content is finalized in time for scheduled publication.
