Role& Responsibilites

• Handle product listings on E-commerce platforms, drive new product launches and optimize them for better visibility.
• Verify and approve product listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Responsible for the accuracy of all aspects of products, including set up, pricing and categorization.
• Ensure that all product listings meet company standards and guidelines.
• Perform regular updates and revisions to product listings, ensuring they remain current and relevant.
• Research and gather relevant information about products from manufacturers and suppliers to ensure accurate listings.
• Manage all pages across E-commerce website, ensuring that all products are displayed in the right way and making it convenient for the customers to understand.
• Handling the registration process / queries of new vendors and customers.
• Manage order processing, return process and order flow of the products by coordinating with internal team.
• Review and approve the order flow process to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in e-commerce, digital marketing and technology in industry to ensure the company remains competitive in the industry.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms with hands-on experience in managing product listings.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple product categories simultaneously.
• Experience with Google Analytics and digital performance tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, BA, B.Com, B.Com (H), E-commerce or a related field.
• 3-7 Year.
