Job Description

As a Group Head in the digital marketing department, you will be responsible for overseeing client needs and requests related to digital marketing strategy campaigns. You will conceptualize and develop comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the clients" campaign key performance indicators (KPIs). Working closely with an internal specialized team, you will monitor performance metrics, recommend optimizations, and devise new strategies and tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness. Your role will involve creating cross-platform digital plans with a focus on different objectives ranging from brand awareness to engagement and performance-driven outcomes. You will be instrumental in enhancing the design, usability, content, and conversion points of websites and landing pages to promote and grow the online assets of brands. Monitoring and establishing effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of media programs will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results. Additionally, you will negotiate with media publishers, lead the training and management of team members in digital media, and collaborate with various departments within the agency. As the primary point of contact for key accounts, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and campaign success. Beyond core account assignments, you will actively participate in new business pitches, internal presentations, and award submissions to contribute to the agency's growth and recognition. To excel in this role, you should have 6-7 years of relevant work experience and hold a Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Advertising, Marketing, or Communication. A solid understanding of marketing and media planning principles is essential, along with experience in leveraging technology to engage with target audiences effectively. Proficiency in digital media planning and trafficking software tools such as DoubleClick/DART (or equivalent), Similarweb, and ComScore is required. Strong research and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, resourceful problem-solving capabilities, and a collaborative team spirit are preferred attributes for this position. Experience in performance and programmatic media planning would be advantageous for successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of the Group Head role in the digital marketing domain.,
