About the Role

We are looking for a smart, multi-skilled professional who can manage both digital marketing campaigns and website development/maintenance. You will be responsible for driving traffic, generating leads, and ensuring our website and funnels run smoothly to scale our online fitness programs.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing:

• Run and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads for lead generation & sales
• Build and optimize sales funnels using WordPress or funnel builders
• Set up and manage email marketing & WhatsApp automation workflows
• Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies
• Track ad performance, lead cost, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
• Conduct keyword research & apply SEO best practices
• Collaborate with content/design teams for high-performing campaigns

Website Development & Management:

• Maintain, update, and manage our WordPress website
• Build landing/sales pages for campaigns
• Ensure mobile responsiveness, fast loading speed, and secure hosting
• Troubleshoot bugs, update plugins/themes, and perform regular backups
• Integrate tools like WooCommerce, LMS (Tutor LMS), and payment gateways

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with Meta Ads (preferred)
• Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, and funnel building tools
• Knowledge of email tools like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar
• Understanding of SEO and performance tracking tools
• Basic English communication skills
• High sense of ownership and accountability
• Kerala-based candidates preferred

Work Schedule

• 6 Days a Week (1 Weekly Off)
• Flexible Working Hours (Remote)
• Must be available during launches or ad campaigns
